Things to know before you arrive...

1. Make sure you read the house rules.

2. Check the weather and pack accordingly.

3. If you are bringing your own boat - there is a launch 5 minutes from Leisure Lake House. It is located at the Poteete Creek Boat Ramp.

4. Boat Rentals – Check Nottely Boat Club & Marina. 706-897-9499

5. If you’re planning any water activities (such as tubing, rafting, boating, etc.)

   • Consider water shoes for lake or river play.

   • Please bring lake / beach towels (The cabin towels are not to leave the cabin)

7. Items to consider when packing:

   1. Sunscreen

   2. Insect repellant

   3. Camp chairs for fire pit (We do have some chairs already)

   4. Personal Toiletry items such as: Shampoo / conditioner / Soap / Body Wash , etc.

   5. Georgia Fishing License (or try Walmart, local fishing shops or simply do it online) https://georgia.gov/popular-topic/fishing-licenses

8. We do not supply firewood however our Cabin Information book has nearby options to get firewood (currently the closest is ~ 12 miles away)

9. Our coffee maker uses both filters and K-cups. We provide filters, but you must bring your coffee / tea / K-cups.

10. Review the Check-In list and Check-Out list prior to arrival to save you time.
